This agreement ("Agreement") between You and eBiostatistics.com ("eBiostatistics") consists of these Online Platform (the "Platform") Standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). A description of the Platform, as generally offered by eBiostatiscs.com, is available at the ("About us") page at http://www.ebiostatistics.com/node/13. "You" or  means any entity identified in an enrollment form submitted by the same or affiliated persons, and/or any agency or network acting on its (or their) behalf.

Sensible data, patient information. By no means you are allowed to upload patient information data such names, hospital numbers or any other identification numbers appart from the anonymous number you have given to each entry in your database.

Authorship. The use of results from the statistical analysis, the study design, or any other collaboration, in a publication in which it must include the name of the statistician involved as a co-author (unless stated otherwise in your working group page) by the statistician involved.

No Guarantee. eBiostatistics.com makes no guarantee regarding on the timing of the delivery of the statistical analysis or any other consultations. Google does not guarantee the Platform will be operable at all times or during any down time (i) caused by outages to any public Internet backbones, networks or servers, (ii) caused by any failures of Your equipment, systems or local access services, (iii) for previously scheduled maintenance or (iv) relating to events beyond eBiostatistics.com's (or its wholly owned subsidiaries’) control.

 No Warranty. EBIOSTATISTICS MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WITH RESPECT TO THE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS QUALITY OR THE MAINTAINANCE AND PRESENCE OF THE CONTENT IN THE PLATFORM.
